IBT Performance Contract

Date: February 14th and 15th, 2025

Location: Meridian Arts Centre

*Please note that this contract is mandatory for every individual artist participating in the showcase.

Dear Artist, We are thrilled to extend an offer for you to perform at the Innovative Ballet Theatre showcase, "The Greatest Love of Dance: A Night with the Stars," on February 14th and 15th, 2025. Your talent and artistry will undoubtedly contribute to an unforgettable experience for our audience.

Below are the details and terms of our agreement:

Rehearsal Date: February 14th, 2025. This day is reserved exclusively for rehearsals.

Performance Date: February 15th, 2025.

Compensation: You will receive a total payment of [insert below] for your performance. This payment will be made within 5 days after the completion of the showcase.

Total Compensation Including HST

Contingency Clause: In the unfortunate event of an injury or unforeseen circumstance preventing you from performing, you are encouraged to suggest a suitable replacement to perform in your place for the same duration as your scheduled performances. The compensation outlined in this contract will remain the same for the replacement artist.
